Donor Stewardship

We’ve had numerous videos about donor stewardship but it’s an area that I don't think we can talk about too often. Most organizations do a pretty poor job thanking their donors and showing them the difference that their gift made on the people (or animals or environment) that they serve. If you can do better, you can improve your donor retention and bottom line.
